Meet the Rembrandt Roofing Team

Wade has been in the family business since he was fifteen years old. He started out by working the long summer months while in high school. After graduation, Wade worked his way up in the company founded by his father, Franklin “Bunk” Walker. In an effort to learn the business, he started out by doing anything that he was asked to do. Since becoming a field supervisor in 2001, Wade has held multiple positions in the company, working his way up from sales and storm damage manager in 2005, to VP of Sales in 2012, and now President & Owner as of 2015.

After traveling the country, restoring homes after deadly storms, Wade decided to settle his family in Springboro, Ohio. He is married with three boys and has a passion for his community; enjoys the outdoors and playing all types of sports, especially golf; coaching his son’s baseball and lacrosse teams; hanging around the pool with his family and friends; and loves to cook.

Like so many others on the Rembrandt team, John grew up in the Dayton area. With over 25 years in the roofing/siding/home repair industry, John has become a true expert in roof repairs, roof replacement, insurance claims, and general contract work. He’s been a valued asset to Rembrandt for many years.

A US Army Vet, John is married and has 4 children and two grandchildren. His hobbies include golfing, fishing, and spending time with the grandkids.

Josh Mackey

Sales/Project Manager

Josh started with Rembrandt as a repair technician in 2019.  He has become a tremendous asset as a Project Manager, focusing on roof replacements and siding repair/replacement. 

Josh, a US Army veteran, is married, lives in Springboro, and has seven children and three dogs. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and hiking.

Austin Anders

Sales/Project Manager

Austin is originally from Troy, OH, and joined our team in October.  He brings over 10 years of sales experience and knowledge in the roofing and siding industry. Austin is an insurance claims specialist and an expert at handling roofing/siding projects between buyers/sellers.

Austin focuses his expertise on siding replacement, specifically JamesHardie projects.  That said, he can also effectively handle roof repairs and replacement needs.

In his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and playing with his two goldendoodles.

Ash & Rico

Repair Technicians

Ash and Rico are our INCREDIBLE repair technicians.  Ash joined the team in 2016 and Rico in 2020.  To say these guys can do it all is an understatement!  They are not only phenomenal at the repair work they do, they have a strong work ethic and take pride in the services they give our customers.

We are blessed to have these two on our team, along with our newest repair tech, Martin (not pictured).  If you see our vans around town, give them a honk and a wave!

Cindi Lorenz

Marketing & Communications Specialist

Cindi joined the Rembrandt team in 2017 after many years of consulting in the healthcare field. She has over 20 years of marketing and communications expertise which has allowed her to build and grow the Rembrandt brand in the Dayton region.  She is proud to be a part of the integrity, culture, and family atmosphere Rembrandt has fostered since 1995.

Cindi grew up in Middletown, graduated from Wittenberg University, and then spent 10 years in the Washington DC area.   In 2008, she moved her young family back to Ohio to enjoy the better pace of life offered in the Midwest.  She has two incredible children, Evan and Olivia, and enjoys bartending at Park Grille & Bar at Austin Landing, gardening, spending time with friends and family, and making memories with her kids and pups.

Our Lil Woofers

At Rembrandt Roofing, we're a family-owned and operated company...this includes our fur babies too. Wade (a huge Gators fan) and his brother, Adam (a major Florida State fan) adopted these sweet pup brothers and named them after their favorite coaches, Steve Spurrier and Bobby Bowden.
